our story

The founders of “Good Husband Patisserie” are Foo Hou Zhang and Kaelyn Eng. Mr. Foo is very passionate and fascinated with desserts. He went to Taiwan alone to study traditional Japanese and French desserts art. After returning from his studies, he worked with Ms. Eng to study Japan and France’s refined and elegant dessert art. They combine the traditional Japanese dessert style with the pursuit of exquisite French art, reflecting the ultimate enjoyment from taste to vision.

Kaelyn Eng, another founder of “Good Husband Patisserie”, is a gourmet lover with infinite enthusiasm for desserts and an unconstrained imagination for dessert innovations. She always discovers unexpected flavor combinations and innovative inspirations in her life. One is a professional baker with superb baking skills, and the other is a dessert lover with infinite innovation. By combining both of their professions, all the delicious unique Japanese-French desserts are perfectly created.
