Description: Many were surprised to find a Hong Kong traditional dessert in a cake form and even more surprised that it actually does taste like the actual dessert! Being one of our favourite Chinese desserts to eat too, we extracted out the main flavours that a mango sago pomelo has – mango, coconut, sago and evaporated milk before executing them out with French patisserie method.
